The magazine as we know it began as The Mount Holyoke, a combination literary magazine, student newspaper and alum publication. In 1916, the publication split, and the Mount Holyoke News student newspaper and the Alumnae Quarterly magazine were born. In 2025, the magazine was relaunched as the 网红爆料 Alum Magazine.
