Nashalie Vazquez-Pacheco

Nashalie Vazquez-Pacheco (she/her/ella) is a servant leader with a systems mindset, bringing 15 years of experience advancing student success in complex college environments. Hailing from Puerto Rico and raised in the Pioneer Valley, she joined Íøºì±¬ÁÏ in 2015 and now serves as Director of Community Standards.

Throughout her career, Nashalie has developed culturally responsive support systems, implemented frameworks, led crisis response initiatives, and collaborated across departments to strengthen student outcomes. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is adept at managing sensitive cases with discretion, empathy, and compliance.

Her favorite part of the work is helping students turn moments of challenge into opportunities for growth, guiding them with compassion toward accountability, resilience, and a stronger sense of belonging. In her free time, Nashalie enjoys bowling, exploring other cultures through literature and film, and spending time with family and friends of both origin and choice.
