Rachel joined the Alum Association in 2026. She brings rich experience in higher education, having worked in alumni affairs and development as well as in academic libraries at Harvard University and UMass Amherst. She gets excited about planning, data, new ideas, and simply getting things done. Earlier in her career, she also worked in LITS at Mount Holyoke.
An English major in the class of 1993, she is grateful for the ways a Mount Holyoke education continues to shape her life and work. She especially enjoys building relationships, supporting colleagues, and helping connect people with the resources and communities they need to thrive. A lifelong learner, she is curious and always interested in learning something new.
Rachel is also the parent of two grown children, loves spending time in the woods, and is a Mindful Self-Compassion teacher.
