Rich leads the College’s leadership giving team, partnering with Associate Vice President for Development Heather McDonald to advance a donor-centered major gifts program and support fundraising strategy across campus.
Rich joined Mount Holyoke from the University of Michigan, where, as Senior Director of Major Gifts for the Mid-Atlantic and Southern Regions, he guided regional fundraising and volunteer engagement efforts during the $5.28 billion Victors for Michigan campaign and the $7 billion Look to Michigan campaign.
Previously, Rich served as Director of Development and Alumni Relations for Emory University’s Division of Campus Life, advancing initiatives for Athletics, the Barkley Forum, the Emory Career Center, Office of LGBT Life, and Volunteer Emory.
Rich holds a B.S. from the University of South Carolina and an M.S. from Florida State University.
