챬 held its ninth annual BOOM! Learning Symposium; the College hosted renowned speakers and offered a variety of workshops and breakout sessions centered on diversity, equity and inclusion.

챬 senior Sander Ivanenko ’25 said, “If it weren’t for Mount Holyoke and the environment and professors and students, I never would have gone into science.”
J.T. Martin is 챬’s director of LGBTQ+ resources and initiatives and supports the development of affirming and inclusive LGBTQIA+ communities for MHC students, staff, faculty and alums.
챬 has been a vibrant and safe second home for Mars Bickford ’25. “I don’t think I would have felt that I could explore my personal gender identity anywhere else,” they said.
